Key Achievements
- Turnover:The turnover of the milk union crossed ₹ 6000 Crore for the first time in history.
- Ghee Tin Packing Capacity: Keeping in mind the requirements of ghee export, a packaging machine with a packing capacity of 1000 to 1500 kg per hour for 500 ml, 1 liter and 2 liter tin packing was installed at the Godhra plant.
- Table Butter Export: Amul table butter was exported from the Godhra plant for the first time.
- New product in Shrikhandunder Amul brand: A new variety of ShrikhandDelight American Nuts was launched in the market at Godhra plant.
- New product in Dahi: Production and sales of sweet dahi under the “AMUL” brand was started at Ujjain plant, and sour dahi under the “Panchamrut” brand was started at Godhra plant. Production and sale of Dahi in 5 kg and 10 kg buckets was started at Taloja and Ujjain plants.
- 12 kg PanchamrutShrikhand: Production and sales of Badam Pista, Elaichi, Kesar and Mango Shrikhand was started under the “Panchamrut”
- Choco BrownieProduction: Production of Choco Brownie was started at Taloja plant which is being sold and as also used as internally in Ice-Cream production.
- Panchamrut Milk Shake: Production and sales of Vanilla Milk Shake in glass-bottles under the “Panchamrut” brand was started at Godhra plant.
- New Panchamrut MineralMixture: Panchamrut Cattle Feed Factory started production and sales of new Panchamrut Gold, Chelated Mineral Mixture and Panchamrut Shakti SNF growth for the dairy co-operatives in our operational area.
- Sweets Production Capacity: A machine with a capacity of 2400 cups per hour for Rabri/Kheer packaging was installed at Taloja Plant.
- Refrigeration Expansion: A new 300 TR refrigeration system was installed at Godhra Plant.
- Molasses Storage Capacity: 2 new molasses tanks of 3000 MT each were installed at Panchamrut Cattle Feed Plant at Khandia, increasing the storage by 6000 MT.
- Staff Quarters/WorksAmenities: Staff quarters and works amenities facilities were created at Ujjain and Malegaon for employees and workers.
- Gau Sort Sex Sorted SemenTechnology: At the Panchamrut Semen Station, Dhanol, production of Sex Sorted Semen doses is started; and 36,379 dosesutilized for Artificial Insemination to Livestock of the milk producers in the operational area.
- Biogas Plant: Under the Swachh Bharat Mission of the Government of India, 462 biogas plantswas installed in the houses of the members in the operational area and further work on 110 biogas plants is underway.
