Our Remarkable Achievement
- Panchamrut Dairy procured an average of 20 lakh 5 thousand kg of milk per day during the year which is the highest milk procurement till date. Also during the year maximum 25 lakh 3 thousand kg of milk was procured.
- Panchamrut Dairy’s annual turnover increased by 29 percent to Rs.4154 crore which is Rs.924 crore more than last year.
- Amul Moti UHT plant with a capacity of 1 lakh liters per day was set up at Panchamrut Milk Processing Plant, Taloja (Mumbai). This plant produced and sold milk that could be stored at normal temperature for 90 days.
- Taloja (Mumbai) location commissioned a plant with a production capacity of 10,000 bread packs per day through a third party.
- Panchamrut Chilling Plant with a capacity of 30 thousand liters per day was commissioned in Fatepura Taluka of Dahod District.
- Dhanol frozen semen station of Panchamrut Dairy has been expanded to 15 lakhs annual production capacity of frozen semen dose.
- Panchamrut Calf Rearing Center Gaman Bariya Na Muvada has been expanded and the capacity of calf rearing has been increased to 200.
- Produced and sold more than 1 lakh MT annually through Panchamrut Cattle Feed Factory-Khandia. Which by far is the most important annual production and sales.
- Production and sale of 8.25 crore Pet Bottles per annum by Pet Flavored Milk Division at Panchamrut Dairy Plant Godhra. Which is the highest production ever.
- ISO 45001:2018 certification for Safety, Health and Environment obtained for Panchamrut Dairy Plant Godhra.
- 18, 40,800 Bajra Napier hybrid grass plants (bullet grass) were supplied to the milch cattle of the milk producers to provide perennial green fodder.
- ISO 9001:2015 certification under Quality has been obtained for Frozen Semen Station Dhanol.
